Annual dues by January 1 and considered late as of 5pm on January 31. For your convenience, you can pay online through the CAMS Homeowner Portal site.
Per section 4.2 of the by-laws, late fees and collection costs will be charged for annual dues not paid on time. A copy of the by-laws regarding assessments, late fees and collection costs and be found here.
